BlueCC Final Conference

Join us in Brussels for a two-day conference to hear the results from the BlueCC project, which has taken underutilized marine species to develop new ecofriendly marine ingredients and products based on chitin and collagen. You will also have the opportunity to taste a collagen yoghurt developed in this project!
